As a head strength & conditioning coach, Steve has worked with US and NATO Special Operations Forces. While contracted through EXOS, he has been able to serve units at Hurlburt Airfield in Florida, Royal Airforce Bases Lakenheath and Mildenhall in the UK, Fort Belvoir in N. Virginia, and NATO Special Operations Headquarters in Belgium.
Upon attaining his Master's Degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo, Steve gained extensive knowledge working with the strength & conditioning staffs at the Buffalo Bills, Georgia Tech, and the University of Alabama. While with the University of Alabama from 2012-2013, the football and softball teams won national championships.
Steve holds certifications through the NSCA: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Systems: Level 2, Precision Nutrition: Level 1, BIOFORCE: Conditioning Coach, and the Society for NeuroSports: CSNS.
Through all these experiences, Steve has learned from some of the top professionals in their respective fields: Strength & Conditioning, Mental Performance, Nutrition, and Physical Therapy which has allowed him to create a hybrid system that has shown success and can be implemented in any setting.
Lisl gained her Diplomas at Harrow College, in 2000 (Body Therapist/Aesthetician) and at NLSSM, in 2007 (Sports Remedial Massage Therapy, Credit). Lisl is affiliated with the Sports Massage Association, U.K., and holds licensure to practice in Virginia, USA.
With over 25 years experience, Lisl's holistic 'hybrid' approach combining myofascial release, sports remedial massage techniques and *CORE bodywork, sets her apart.
Lisl currently works for EXOS (Optimizing the Humans Weapons System) supporting U.S Air Force in Europe. Prior to this her career includes working as medical team staff in professional sport (London Wasps RFU for 3 years, medical team staff at both London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games), soft tissue therapist for Cirque du Soleil (Algeria, Kooza and Quidam tours), lead therapist for Steiner, onboard Crystal Harmony, as well as private staff for Queen Rania of Jordan, and private Physiotherapy clinics throughout London, and VA, USA (prior to establishing her own since 2009).

I have first-hand knowledge of Coach Steve's ability, knowledge and motivation over that time. He is a professional in all respects. While I participated in the group sessions, Steve was forward-leaning in providing one-on-one sessions for others who preferred individual sessions; provided practical nutritional advice; and conducted Olympic weightlifting technique training. Coach prepared monthly phases consisting of major complex lifts, plus enough diversity to train all the accessory muscles. On a personal level, I achieved one rep max records in all the major lifts, as well as a new low for body fat percentage, going from 20% to 10.4%. "I had been training for several triathlons and the New York City marathon when I had a calf injury in late July. I was obviously anxious that with only one month left until my 70.3 triathlon that all my training and hard work would be for naught.
